Who is this guide for?

The accountant sees the announcements and their prices without the change.

Before you begin

• There must be at least one drug and unit.

Steps

1. From the side list, press Advertisements then Addendum DeclarationOr open the unit page and move on to a step Declaration.
2. choose Unit ,Purpose (For rent or sale) and write Price (Example: 3500) selected Currency.
3. For rent, choose Type of lease (Too long, short or daily)Lease duration For sale, you can activate Sale in simplification.
4. Optionally: Price is negotiable, Available from, Officer responsible, The lowest price he accepts "It doesn't show up for visitors," Video link, Real-estate number, Title ,description.
5. Click SaveKeeps the ad Draft.
6. On the list of announcements, press Activation of the Declaration To become Effective.

Result

The ad becomes a show, and then you can Temporary suspension or Determining as booked or Appeal Or shut it down Leasing / Sold.

Important notes

• If your office is connected to my real estate, it shows a column Real estate and the Published on my propertyAnd then a button Figures To follow up on the scenes and inquiries.
• Each open declaration unit shall be open to each purpose; in conflict, the question shall be: Stop the old one and spread this.
• The closed declaration is not amended; a new declaration has been created.
• Open advertising (actual, booked, suspended) has a limit according to your plan, and consumption appears below the list.

Steps

1. From the Office wallet Click Advertisements, then Addendum Declaration.
2. In Presentation choose Real estate then Unit, andPurpose For rent/sale, write Price.
3. For rent, choose Lease duration, activate Price is negotiable if you wish.
4. In Details (Select): Available from, Title, description, Officer responsible.
5. Click SaveThe new ad is a draft until it's published.
6. On the list, press Dissemination Under advertising.

Result

It becomes a declaration EffectiveYou can later Temporary suspension or Booked or Appeal or Leasing / Sold.

Important notes

• The list of buttons is top-screen.
• Deployment on real estate, advertising statistics and fields such as rent type and simplication, and the lowest available price from the web board.
• Only units without a declaration are shown on the list of units for the same purpose.
