Who is this guide for?
To the building manager who wants to see the building's reports and smart alerts.
Before you begin
- Choose the right building from the top strip. The reports belong to the chosen building.
- If you don't show a list, Smart and analysis button, you don't have permission — contact your building manager.
Steps
- From the side list, press Smart and analysis It could appear within a group Analytics and reports).
- At the top of the page, a section appears Smart alerts If you find out, with a button for every alert that takes you to the treatment place.
- Under an address Intelligent reports of the building Select the report requested: Building Command Centre, Acquisition intelligence, Residents intelligence, Impressive intelligence, Funds and financial intelligence, Smart guarding, Building Risk Centre, Schedule of activity, or Notifications and communications.
- You can move between the reports from the top page.
Result
The report opens up with updated numbers at the opening moment. Reports speak automatically with each load.
Important notes
- These control board reports do not contain a time-bound selection; to select a period of time to and to use a screen Reports In the application, or the owner's account.
- The angel's balances and disclosures are in place Finance then Staffing balances.
