Who is this guide for?
For the building manager who determines which payment methods appear when registering payments (such as cash, bank transfer, or e-wallet) and the companies affiliated with each method.
Steps
- From the side menu, open Settings ← Building Permissions.
- At the top of the page you will find the Building Payment Methods.
- Activate the switch next to each payment method the building uses.
- If the method has companies (such as banks or wallet providers), mark the companies you work with. The phrase “There are no companies for this method” appears if there are no companies.
- Click Save Payment Settings.
Result
A success message appears, and the number of activated methods on the card is mentioned, and these methods appear only when choosing the payment method in the building’s payment screens.
Important notes
- The methods shown are the methods available for the building state on the platform. If you do not find a method you need, contact support.
- When you deactivate a method, its companies are cancelled.
- The rest of the page (override matrix) is for assigning role permissions, and has nothing to do with payment methods.
- If you do not see this list, you do not have permission — contact the building manager.
Who is this guide for?
For the building manager who wants to choose the payment methods available in the building from mobile.
Steps
- From the bottom navigation, select More then Settings.
- In the Financial Settings section, click Payment Methods. The number of selected methods appears next to it.
- In the Payment Methods window (select available payment methods) mark each method used by the building, and select its companies if it appears under it.
- Click Save.
Result
The list of payment methods speaks, and only the selected methods appear when registering payments.
Important notes
- You must choose at least one payment method, otherwise the message “Please choose at least one payment method” appears.
- The methods shown are available for the building country; If you do not find a method you need, contact support.
- If you are using currency conversion values entered from the web, it is best to modify your payment methods from your web control panel.
