Commissions and payments

Who is this guide for?

An agent who wants to understand how his commission counts and when it pays, and follows her record.

How do you count commission?

• The commission is automatically established when a building linked to you pays a subscription bill, as long as your account is active agent.
• Calculated according to your agreement with the podium team: Percentage Of the amount paid (fund = amount paid by the building x the agreed ratio of 100), or Established For every push.
• A commission may be agreed only for the first payment, for each recurring push, or for a specific number of months from the date of the building ' s association with you.
• Only one commission per bill.

When are you paid?

1. The commission starts in case Pending (Wait for approval)
2. Check it out by the podium team, and you're gonna be.. Approved (approved) or cancel if there's a reason.
3. The team spends the commissions in one or more instalments and becomes.. PaidAnd the payment appears in, Payment records with The way ,Reference ,Payment Date.

Steps

1. From the side menu, open My commission.
2. See upcoming Total acquired ,Waiting for approval ,Paid ,This month Compared to last month,Average/built.
3. Go on Direction of commission For the last six months,Distribution of cases.
4. In The commission log For each line: Building, Period, Amount, Type, Rate, Status, Date.

Important notes

• If you have an agreed monthly salary, it appears in.. Pay records.
• No commission is counted during the experiment, not if the agreed proportion is zero; review the podium team if your commission does not appear.
