Who is this guide for?
A member of the Governing Council who wants to follow up on the financial and operational structure with a general view without amending the data.
Before you begin
- You must be a member of the board of this building, or have the power to offer the board board.
- Choose the building from the top of the page.
Steps
- From the side menu, open Home ← Board of Directors panel.
- Up there, you see a badge Board of Directors Board member panel And the name of your council and your roleTerm of office.
- See the cards: Acquisition rate, Total Sum, Expendable receivables, occupancy rate, Funds balance (Excess or incapacity) Active residents.
- Go ahead Receiving trend ,Income per month, then Summary statistics ,Views of a code supported by artificial intelligence.
- In the Advertisements You see the last notice of the building.
- From the Rapid mobility Go to Exhibiting or Presentation of reports or Introduction by the Governing Council.
Result
You get a picture of the building for the purposes of the board Just to readAmendment of the financial statements and management of the residents from the authority of the building manager.

- If your role is tied to specific funds, you show collection numbers and funds for those funds only.
