Who is this guide for?
For the building manager who wants to enable the owner or tenant to access the Perfect Tower application to follow up on his obligations.
Before you begin
- The resident's username is his ID number, so the ID number must be registered to him. If he is not registered, open his file (click on his name), then Edit data and add the identity.
- To send data via text message, the resident must have a mobile number, and the messaging service must be activated and have a balance.
Steps
- Open the apartment page ← Ownership and Rent.
- On the landlord or tenant card, press Generate Password.
- The Resident Login Data window appears, containing the Username and Password (automatic). Select Copy or Copy All Data.
- To send it directly to the resident: In the Send via SMS section, choose Include application download link and/or Include website link, then press Send via SMS.
Result
The new password is saved immediately and the resident can log in with it. When sending, the message “The message was sent successfully and recorded in the message log” appears.
Important notes
- You can also click on the key icon next to the owner or tenant's name on the Floors page (Login Data window) to copy only without sending.
- Each click on generate cancels the previous password.
- The password is not displayed again after the window is closed; Copy or send before closing.
- Messages such as “There is not enough text messaging balance” or “The text messaging service is not activated within this subscription package” mean that sending is not available; Copy the data and send it your way.
