My plan (subscription package)

Who is this guide for?

To the building manager who wants to know his current plan, boundaries, features and expiry date.

Before you begin

• Choose the building from the top tape, each building has its own involvement.
• If you don't show a list, My Plan You don't have the authority to run the building — communicate with the building manager.

Steps

1. From the side menu, open Subscriptions and Bills then My Plan.
2. At the top of the page, the name of your plan and buttons appears: Overview, Promotion, Extras, SMS, The computer.
3. In Overview See upcoming Status ,Computer cycle ,Current period ,Next replenishment And the remaining days.
4. In the Use Comparing what you use to your plan: Flat, Users of management, The guards.
5. In the Effective features You see what your plan offers, and the next advantages of a mark-up Additional.
6. In Register of participation You see changes in the plan, extensions, invoices and payments.

Result

You know exactly what your plan covers, when it's done, how much longer you have left of its limits.

Important notes

• As soon as you're finished, a button appears Request for renewal With the number of days left.
• If you get to the bottom of the apartment or the users, move on to.. Promotion Or ask for an addition Extras.

Who is this guide for?

To the building manager who wants to know his plan of application.

Steps

1. From the bottom navigation, select More then My subscription.
2. On the top card, you see the name and status of the plan, like.. Active or Free experience or Permission periodAnd the remaining daysNext replenishment.
3. In the Plan limits You see your use for the limit Flat ,Supervisors ,Custodial.
4. In the Benefits available You see the features of your plan.
5. Down the screen you find buttons: Plan management For promotion, Request for renewal, andInvoices and payments.

Result

You know the limits of your plan and the date of its renewal, and you move directly to promotion or payment when needed.

Important notes

• If it appears There's no active involvement , click Choose a plan Let's go.
• At the top of the screen, alerts such as near-testing or due invoices are displayed.
