Who is this guide for?
For the building manager who delivers an incoming check to another party (such as a contractor or supplier) instead of depositing it, and wants to record this and always know the location of the check.
Before you begin
- Delivery is available for in checks only, in pending or deposit status, and without payment recorded.
Steps
- Open Finance then Checks.
- In the check row, click the arrow icon Deliver to another party.
- Select to whom the check will be delivered: Choose a user from the list, or type the name in or another name (for example: Al Noor Maintenance Company). One of them is mandatory.
- Add the recipient's check holder's mobile number if you wish, the delivery date (today by default), and notes.
- Click Confirm Delivery.
- If the check is returned to you, press Retrieve Check in its row and confirm.
- To know the date of the check, click the Delivery History icon, and all “delivery to” and “retrieval” operations will appear with their dates.
Result

Important notes
- After you recover the check the regular reminders go back to running on it, and you can deposit it or record its payment.
- The retrieval date is recorded as today's date.
