SMS credit balance and top-up requests

Who is this guide for?

The building manager who wants to know the balance of the remaining SMS letters or request additional credit.

Before you begin

• If you don't show you the list, you have no power — contact with the building manager.

Steps

1. From the side menu, open Communication then Notification Settings.
2. At the top of the page, the stock card appears if the building is on Account for the platform You see a number Balance units If it's on me Special account You see your supplier's account balance straight.
3. To order a balance, press Request for balance.
4. In the Request for a letter balance Enter Amount (Number of communications requested) and Add Remarks If you want, then press Send Request.
5. Go on. Call on a schedule Latest balance requests On the same page, or from Communication then Requests for balance.

Result

The request remains pending the approval of the platform ' s management. Upon approval, the balance is added to the building and a notification is received, and upon refusal, notice is also received.

Important notes

• Can't send a new request as long as you have a previous request pending.

• If the building is on a special account, the shipment is made from the supplier's own account and not a fund request.

Steps

Important notes
