What is the platform’s board of directors?
The Board of Directors is a group of residents or owners of the building that monitors its affairs on behalf of everyone for a specified period. The platform allows you to register the council and its members, specify what each member can see or do within this building only, and then manage council meetings, minutes and decisions.
The Four Elements
- Council: Name and time period (start date and end date), example: 2026–2027 Council.
- Role: Member’s capacity such as Board President, Secretary or Financial Controller. Each role has a set of permissions.
- Member: A building user linked to a council and role.
- Role Powers: What role members are allowed to do, and which chests and apartments are shown to them.
Where do you find that?
- Setup: Side menu ← Building Operations ← Board of Directors.
- Members panel: Home ← Board panel (read-only overview).
- Meetings: Building Operations ← Minutes of Meetings.
Proposed arrangement
- Create roles (fastest: Create Default Roles).
- Create the board with the Add Board.
- Add members with the Add Member.
- Review the powers of each role and the scope of chests and apartments.
- Start scheduling meetings.
Important notes
- Everything related to the Council is linked to the selected building at the top of the page.
- The member gets the powers of his role in this building in addition to his original powers.
- The expiration of the Council's term does not automatically revoke members' powers; When changing the board, remove the old members.

Important notes
