Who is this guide for?
For the owner of the office, it's the only role that has the import from Excel.
Before you begin
- The file's in the Xlsx formula up to 5 megabytes and 500 units, and only the first one reads.
- Make sure the number of units doesn't exceed what your plan allows.
Steps
- From the side list, press Excel import.
- Click Put down the mould, or We're downloading a file of examples filled To see the right shape (in five units for experimentation).
- Fill out the first one unit in each class code (Unit number, example: A-101) alone is mandatory and paper Evidence Explain the rest of the columns.
- In 1. What drug? choose Plus a drug that exists Pick the property, or.. Establishment of a new drug And write his name and type.
- In 2. The file Choose the file and press Check the file.
- See upcoming WatchingNumber of units, floors and first rows: if problems arise, they are ranked in class and column; repair them and reload the file.
- Click Confirmation and addition of contingents.
Result

Important notes
- Nothing's kept before confirmation, and it keeps the whole file or nothing.
- I have to confirm in 30 minutes of the scan, or I'll check the file again.
- Repeated code in the file or in the real estate prevents import.

Result

Important notes
- If problems appear in the file and nothing is imported, " problems are in class; they are fixed in the file and again selected.
- Confirm within 30 minutes of the examination.
