Who is this guide for?
For the building manager who wants to save a copy of the tenant’s ID and a copy of the lease contract in the system and refer to it later.
Before you begin
- Allowed files: JPG, PNG, WebP images, or PDF file, up to 8 MB per file and 5 files per type.
Steps
- Open Building Operations ← Floors ← Details on the apartment.
- In Tenants Registry tap Documents on the current tenant's card.
- In the Tenant Documents window there are two sections: Identity Photo and Rent Contract.
- Click Add File in the appropriate section and select one or more files from your device.
- To view a file press Open, and to delete it press Delete and then confirm.
Result
The files appear in the window immediately and remain stored in a private storage that can only be opened by those with permission.
Important notes
- You can also attach files directly to the Add Tenant form under Attachments (optional).
- The ID photo is linked to the person himself, so it will appear with him if he rents another apartment later. The contract image is linked to this contract only.
- The Documents button appears for active contracts only.
- The deletion is permanent and the file cannot be recovered.
- If you see files without the Add File button, you only have view access.
