What do you see in my painting?
When you get in, you open a page My Dashboard Your personal account data are presented only:
- Welcome and letter on your account status: either your account is in good condition, or an alert of outstanding invoices or unpaid charges.
- Cards: My units (owners and tenants) Invoices paid, Accumulated charges, Wallet balance, Last push, andStatus of the account.
- Register of paymentsA drawing of what I've paid in recent months.
- My apartment is like yoursYour own apartment, is it rented or vacant and the name of the current tenant.
- My apartment's a tenantThe apartments you rent, the name of the owner, the duration of the contract and the monthly rent.
- My bills, Notifications, My active dues, andSummary of payments by month.
Important notes
- Click Apartment Details To see apartment and contract data.
- If you notice any error in the amounts, contact with the building's administration.
- If you have apartments in more than one building, switch the building from a button Current Building at the top of the page.
Who is this guide for?
For the dwelling or owner who uses the app.
How do you follow your account from the application?
- HomeSummary of building, last charge, latest invoices and complaints, with the bell for notifications.
- ChargesPress any charge to see the details, what has been paid and what remains.
- InvoicesPress the bill to see its details.
- UnitsThe apartments and their details.
- More: Your personal file, notices, preparation, de-calculation.
Important notes
- What you show up in every bucket depends on what you're allowed to run the building for you You do not have permission to access this page. Contact with the building manager.
- The main numbers are for the building as a whole, to present a full personal summary (your apartment as an asteroid or tenant, your wallet, your paycheck record) that logged in the same account to the web control board and opened up My Dashboard.
- Drag the screen down to refresh the data.
