Who is this guide for?

To the building manager who needs a higher plan to get more boundaries and features.

Before you begin

• If you have an open bill, pay it or cancel it first The computer.
• No new change request can be sent as long as there is a request in processing.

Steps

1. From the side menu, open Subscriptions and Bills then My Plan, and press Promotion.
2. choose Payment cycle: Monthly or Annual.
3. Comparing the plans. Your plan is marked by.. Current planYou can open up any plan to see its features.
4. Click Request for promotion On the plan.
5. In the Confirmation of request for change of plan Click Yes, send the order.
6. Go to the The computer Where the promotion bill appears, press Pay now To send the request for payment (see explanation for contribution).

Result

Your current plan remains effective until payment is confirmed from the management of the podium, and then it automatically moves to the new plan. The balance of unused days from your current payment plan is deducted from the bill.

Important notes

• If you're free, you won't lose her days, the plan starts after she's finished.

1. From the bottom navigation, select More then My subscription, then Plan management.
2. choose Monthly or Annual Up.

4. Click Promotion On the plan.
5. In the Confirmation of promotion Enter Repertory number/knowledge If you have my choice,Remarks- Then press the transmission button.

Result

The message Request for change of plan has been successfully filed!An invoice for promotion is established, with unused days deducted from the current period Invoices and payments.

Important notes

• The new plan shall be implemented after the audit of the management of the platform and verification of payment.
