Generating rental charges

Who is this guide for?

The building manager who wants to establish a month ' s rent charge for all tenants once, for example, when the system is in place or if spontaneous delivery is not effective.

Before you begin

• Each tenant must have an effective lease in which the rent is paid.
• Prepare a fund for every currency with rent.

Steps

1. From the sidebar, choose Building Operations then Floors.
2. Click Generation of rent charges for a month at the top of the page.
3. choose Month (e.g. 2026-11 andcharge type, and select the fund for each currency.
4. Click PreviewA schedule shows each contract: Tenant, Apartment, Amount, Currency, Due Date, andStatus.
5. Cases reviewed: To be established, Already due, No payment this month—next (For contracts paid every few months), Out of contract, Unboxed Coin.
6. Remove who you don't want, then press Execute and confirm.

Result

A summary Created ,Skipped ,ErrorsAnd you find the charges in, Charges. Example: 10 contracts, 2 pre-eligible November / See 8.

Important notes

• A duplicate charge is not established for the same contract and the same month, repetitiveness is safe.
• If it appears Automatic generation is not effective for this building This is a one-time manual operation; for monthly replication, it was used Automatic Accrual Generation.
• If the button doesn't show, you have no power to add the charges.

Who is this guide for?

For a building manager who wants to create full month's rent charges for all mobile tenants.

Steps

1. Click the Units tab, then the Generate Rent Accruals icon at the top of the screen.
2. In Generate Rent Accruals for a Specific Month choose Month and Accrual Type, and choose Fund for each currency.
3. Click Preview. A list of contracts appears with the status of each, such as To be established, Already due, or No payment this month—next with the date of the next payment.
4. Uncheck who you don't want to create an charge for, or use Select All.
5. Click Execute and confirm.

Result

charges are created and appear in the Charges tab, with a summary of Created, Skipped, and Errors. Example: 10 contracts, including a contract that is paid every 3 months and does not have a payment this month → creates 9.

Important notes

• Select at least one tenant from the list: Deselect all.
• Unboxed Coin: You have not selected a fund for this contract's currency.
• If the icon does not appear, you do not have permission — contact the building manager.
