Who is this guide for?
For the building manager or treasurer who wants to understand how building funds are organized in the system before he begins collecting and disbursing.
What is the fund?
A fund is money set aside for a specific purpose in the building. Every incoming amount, such as a resident payment, or outgoing amount, such as an electricity bill or elevator repair, is recorded against one fund so you always know its remaining balance.
Example: You have a Maintenance Fund in dinars. Create a monthly maintenance charge of 20 dinars per apartment against this fund. Resident payments increase its balance; recording a pump repair invoice for 150 dinars decreases it.
Common examples
- Maintenance Fund: routine and minor repairs.
- Emergency and Reserve Fund: savings for major unexpected repairs.
- Services Fund: shared electricity, water and security.
- A rental fund if you collect apartment rents.
Where do I find chests?
From the sidebar, choose Finance then Funds. You'll find a card for each fund that displays the currentbalance, required, paid andremaining of the associated charges, thegoal and theminimum. Select Details to see all transactions.
Important notes
- Each fund has one currency. If you collect in two currencies, create a separate fund for each.
- funds are the first thing you create, because dues and invoices are not kept without a fund.
- If the funds menu is not visible, you do not have permission; contact the building manager.

Example: Maintenance Fund in dinars: a monthly maintenance charge of 20 dinars for each apartment he enters, and a pump repair bill of 150 dinars comes out of it.
Common examples
- Maintenance Fund, Emergency and Reserve Fund, Service Fund, Elevator Fund, Cleaning Fund.
Where do I find chests?
From the bottom navigation, select More then Financial Funds. At the top of the screen you can view Total Fund Balances by currency, and below it is a card for each Fund with Current Balance, Total In, Total Out, and the Uncollected. Select the card to open the fund details and transactions.
Important notes
- Each fund has one currency.
- Create funds before charges and invoices, as these require a fund.
- If you see a message Your authority is restricted to specific funds you only see some funds depending on your role.
- If you don't see Financial Funds in More, you don't have permission — contact your building manager.
