Modify the building data and logo

Who is this guide for?

For the building manager who wants to change the name of the building or raise its logo to appear in printed reports.

Before you begin

• Select the correct building from the top of the page if you manage more than one building.
• Prepare the logo image in PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF or SVG format, and its size does not exceed 2 MB.

Steps

1. From the side menu, open Home ← Control Panel.
2. At the top of the page click the Building Settings.
3. In the Building Settings window, edit the Building Name field (required), example: Nakheel Tower.
4. In the Building Logo field, choose the logo image from your device. The current logo appears above the field if it exists.
5. Click Save.

Result

The message “Building settings saved successfully” appears, the new name appears in the control panel, and the logo is printed at the header of all printed reports.

Important notes

• The username of another building on the platform cannot be used; A message will appear asking you to choose another name.
• The building's phone number, address and mail are modified from the mobile app (More → Settings).
• The default building currency is determined from the Building Currencies page (see explanation of building currencies).
• If you don't see the Building Settings button, you don't have permission — contact your building manager.

Who is this guide for?

For the building manager who wants to modify building data from mobile: name, address, phone, email, and logo.

Steps

1. From the bottom navigation, select More then Settings.
2. In the Building section, click Building Information to display the current data (name, address, phone, mail, domain, country, currency).
3. Click Edit (or press directly on Building Phone) to open the Edit Building Information.
4. Edit fields:
   • Building name (required).
   • Title (optional).
   • Country then Phone number — the country code automatically appears next to the number, example: 599123456.
   • Email (optional).
   • Building logo: Press Choose Logo or Change Logo and choose an image from camera or gallery.
5. Click Save.

Result

The message “Changes saved” appears, building data is updated in settings, and the logo appears in reports printed from the control panel.

Important notes

• If a message appears that the building name is already in use, choose a different name.
• The currency displayed here is the building's default currency, and can be changed from the web control panel (Building Currencies).
• If the message “Unable to update building information” appears because you do not have permission to edit — contact your building manager.
