Download the application and log in

Who is this guide for?

For the building manager who wants to download the application or share it with residents.

Steps

1. From the Control Panel go to the card Download the Perfect Tower.
2. Click the Google Play icon for Android devices or the App Store icon for iPhone.
3. After installation, open the application and log in with the same username or email and password that you use in the control panel.

Result

Your account in the application works on the same building and the same data, and you receive notifications on your mobile phone.

Important notes

• The application is free and available on Android and iPhone.
• Share the application with residents and administration to follow up on dues, notifications and complaints from the phone.
• The resident needs the administration to enable him to log in (password) before he can enter the application.
• You can also search for “Perfect Tower” in the App Store.

Who is this guide for?

For those who have installed the application and want to log in with their current account.

Before you begin

• Install the app from Google Play or App Store by searching for “Perfect Tower”.
• You need your account information: username, email, phone, and password.

Steps

1. Open the application, the Sign in.
2. Write your details in mail, phone or username and password.
3. Click Sign In.

Result

You log into the same account and the same building that you use in the control panel.

Important notes

• The application is currently available to the building and residents manager and the guard.
• You do not need to create a new account if you have an account in the control panel.
• Allow the app to send notifications so you can receive building alerts.
