Perfect Tower From dues to maintenance, keep daily work in one place

Who is this guide for?

For the building manager who deals with residents who pay in advance or more than required.

What is the resident’s wallet?

The wallet is a balance saved in the resident’s name within the system, which is later used to pay his dues instead of paying in cash again. Each resident has a separate wallet for each fund.

Example: The resident has to pay 300 dinars for maintenance, so he pays 500. The surplus is 200. If you choose to add it to his wallet, then when next month’s maintenance due is 20 dinars, you can pay it from his wallet, leaving him with 180.

When does a balance enter the wallet?

  • When registering an invoice payment from a resident that has a surplus and activating Add the surplus to the resident’s wallet.
  • When an advance or general payment without a link and activation of add the amount to a balance in the resident’s wallet.
  • When distributing to multiple residents and choosing to add the share to the wallet.

Where do I see the wallet balance?

  • From Building Operations ← Floors Open the apartment, and you will find for each owner and tenant the Wallet and its balance for each fund.
  • On the resident’s page (financial file) when you click on his name.

Important notes

  • If you do not activate the wallet option, the surplus remains general income for the fund and is not counted for the resident.
  • The wallet balance is already in the fund; The wallet only remembers that it is “the resident’s right”.
  • Canceling the invoice that added the balance deducts it from the wallet.
