Provider and scope
Perfect Tower is provided by Perfecto Group at the official address below. These terms concern access to its building-management website, software and related applications. A signed service agreement, accepted order and any applicable data-processing agreement specify the purchased service; a specific agreed term takes precedence over a conflicting general term, subject to mandatory law.
An account holder must be legally capable of entering the relevant contract and authorised to act for any building or organisation they register. Using an account does not give a resident or employee authority to bind other people or dispose of their records.
What the platform does
The platform helps organise buildings, units, residents, dues, funds, payment records, maintenance, notifications and other functions included in the chosen plan. Feature availability, limits, trial conditions and support are those presented in the applicable order. A demonstration or illustrative figure is not a service-level or financial-performance guarantee.
Perfecto Group does not become your landlord, building manager, employer, bank or fiduciary by providing the software. Building management remains responsible for lawful charges, accounting accuracy, tenancy decisions, employee arrangements and on-site work. Software records and reminders do not replace required notices, emergency services or professional advice.
Accounts and authorised use
Provide accurate registration details, maintain your contact information and protect your credentials. Assign roles only to authorised people, remove access when no longer needed and report suspected compromise promptly. You remain responsible for activity you authorise, without excluding our responsibility for our own failures.
Do not unlawfully access another building’s data, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, send unlawful messages, infringe intellectual property or process personal data without authority. Any security testing requires prior written permission.
Your data and other people’s rights
You and the relevant rights holders retain rights in records you provide. You authorise Perfecto Group to host and process those records only to deliver the service, follow lawful instructions and satisfy applicable obligations. This is not a transfer of ownership of your content.
Building customers must establish lawful grounds, provide notices, obtain any required permissions, keep information accurate and honour resident and staff rights. Where we act as processor, the parties must arrange the applicable processing instructions and contractual safeguards. Privacy information is available in the Privacy Policy; accepting these terms is not consent to optional marketing.
Plans, payment and renewal
The accepted order must identify the plan, price, currency, taxes, billing interval, limits and any trial. Additional services, messaging credits or integrations may be separately priced. A free trial alone is not authority to take a payment. Any recurring charge or automatic renewal must be disclosed and agreed in the applicable purchase flow or agreement; these general terms do not create one by themselves.
Pay undisputed amounts when due and contact us promptly about billing errors. Material price or plan changes will be communicated before they apply, with any rights required by law or your agreement. Payment-service and app-store terms may also apply to purchases made through those channels.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
To cancel a subscription, use the available subscription controls or contact us with the account and order details. We will identify the applicable cancellation date, any outstanding amounts and any refund due under your order and mandatory law. Deleting a personal account, uninstalling the app or leaving a building does not by itself terminate a separate building contract or app-store subscription.
Consumers retain mandatory rights, including applicable pre-contract information, withdrawal and remedies for defective services. Turkish distance-contract rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to statutory exceptions and the conditions for services already commenced or immediately supplied electronically. We do not treat these terms as a blanket waiver of withdrawal, refunds or statutory remedies. Any relevant exception and required approval must be addressed in the actual purchase process.
Availability and third-party services
Maintenance, faults, internet access and external providers can affect availability or delivery of messages. We aim to address faults appropriately, but continuous access or a particular response time is guaranteed only where expressly agreed. Keep copies of important records where appropriate and verify time-sensitive operational information.
Third-party payment, communications and app-store services have their own terms and privacy notices. Using an integration does not eliminate either party’s responsibilities under applicable law.
Suspension and ending the service
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, overdue undisputed fees or a significant operational or security risk. Where practicable we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to remedy it; urgent action may be needed to protect people, data or the service.
At the end of a contract, contact us to arrange any available lawful access or transfer of your records. Deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy and the controller’s lawful obligations. Ending one user’s access does not authorise deletion of other users’ records or waive accrued rights.
Software and intellectual property
Perfect Tower software, branding and service materials belong to Perfecto Group or their respective licensors. Your subscription gives a limited right to use the agreed service during its term, not ownership of the software. Reproduction, resale or reverse engineering is allowed only with permission or to the extent mandatory law permits. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
Responsibility and mandatory protections
Each party is responsible for its obligations and conduct under applicable law. We do not guarantee collection of building debts, the accuracy of customer-entered data or the conduct of residents, managers or external providers. This does not exclude responsibility that the law places on us.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, data-protection obligations, fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Any separately agreed limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes, governing law and disputes
Turkish law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. The competent courts, consumer arbitration committees, regulators and any legally required dispute procedures remain available. These terms do not require every consumer to bring a claim exclusively in İstanbul.
Contact us first to help resolve an issue. Material changes to contractual terms will be notified appropriately and will not remove accrued rights retroactively; any consent required for the change must be obtained. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful. Translations are provided in Arabic, English and Turkish; mandatory interpretation and consumer-protection rules prevail over any language discrepancy.
